3.2. User Generated Content: User Generated Content that you publish on the Platform remains your property, but you grant Takorp a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display that content to support the operation of the Platform.

The Takorp Platform is provided “as is” without warranty or guarantee of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations or warranties as to the suitability, accuracy, completeness or reliability of the Platform.
